Missing the notice deadline doesn't cost you six months. It costs you a year.

Calculate my deadline

Switching provider

Switch social secretariats without the friction.

A smooth transition is planned months in advance. The timeline depends on your existing contract, notice terms, payroll complexity, and data accuracy.

Transition audit

We examine the exact variables that define a realistic, reliable schedule.

  • Current contract and termination terms
  • Target end date and notice requirements
  • Number of employees and worker statuses
  • Applicable joint committees
  • Historical records and data to be migrated
  • Existing tools and software integrations
  • Tax and social security deadlines
  • Ongoing specific or disputed cases

Handover roadmap

You receive a dedicated transition timeline detailing required data, ownership, quality checks, and expected sign-offs.

  1. 01

    Diagnostic

We review your organisation, employees, joint committee, current workflow, and contract deadlines.

  2. 02

    Transition plan

You receive a clear plan outlining responsibilities, required data, audit dates, and the target go-live date.

  3. 03

    Migration & validation

Data is transferred, checked, and reconciled. Any discrepancies are documented before the first payroll run.

  4. 04

    Guided launch

Your dedicated expert remains your direct point of contact. The initial payroll runs receive enhanced monitoring.

Zero-risk principle

We never lock in a cutover date before verifying complete feasibility. Whenever complexity demands it, parallel runs or enhanced audits are run prior to your first live payroll.

Questions about switching

  • When should we start?

Before 30 June. The vast majority of social secretariat contracts require six months' written notice prior to 31 December. Missing the 30 June deadline does not delay things by six months, it delays you by an entire year.

  • Does Salerys contact our current provider?

Yes, as soon as you give us the mandate: we request employee records, salary histories, leave balances, and tax files, and follow up until everything is received.

  • Will my employees experience any disruption?

No. We run parallel calculations on the final months processed by your current provider, checking line by line. Any discrepancies are identified and resolved before your first live payroll run with us.

  • How much does the migration cost?

Nothing. Data migration, audits, and parallel payroll runs are completely free of charge when you switch from another provider.
